Note from shop owner 💕🚚ATTENTION WE ARE MOVING OUT OF CALIFORNIA AND WE HAVE MOVED TO MISSOURI 5/23 WE WILL BE OPEN SOON. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE: I am so sorry to all of our loyal customers and new customers. I know I said we would be back open in November but, we have decided to get out of California while we can. I know we said we would be temporarily closed and open back up in November but we decided to sell our house and building and move. We are not sure what state we will end up in, we are going on an adventure. As soon as we relocate and get set back up we will open immediately. I cannot tell you all thank you enough for messaging and trying to place orders. I also cannot apologize enough. Some of you we have supplied your party needs for all of your kids birthdays from 1st to 10th. 😢 this breaks my heart that a little piece of us will be missing. Please be patient and thank you for your understanding and continued support during this time. We have young kids and we hope to be settled and in our new state and home by this summer. When will ribbon orders ship

Ribbon orders generally ship within 1-3 days from cleared payment.

When will my order ship?

We ask in all of our listings that you put the date you need your order by in notes to seller when you checkout. If no date is given then your order will ship in 4-6 weeks. Please put a date prior to the date of your event as your order will arrive on the day that you enter.

How much time in advance should I order?

We ask for at least two to three weeks to make your order and at least one week for your order in transit to ship. Anything less than that will be subject to Rush order fees. If you need a rush order please contact us prior to placing your order to see if we are able to accommodate your needs.

What is the difference between expedited shipping fees and Rush order fees?

Expedited shipping fees will cover the cost to upgrade your shipping to a faster shipping method. The fees will vary depending on what shipping method you need & the size of your order. The cost is determined by how fast it needs to arrive, the size of the box and the weight of the box.

Rush order fees are not for expedited shipping. They are to rush your order to the front of our orders & to cover the extra time we will have to put in to move order up. We cannot always guarantee that we will be able to rush your order so please contact us prior to purchasing if you need a rush order. We receive hundreds of orders a month & we are a small business so it is best to order in as far advance as you can to guarantee your timeframe.

When will my message be answered!

We answer all messages in the order received. We try to respond to all messages within 24 to 48 hours on business days only! We generally are unable to respond to messages over the weekends and on holidays. Every time that you write a new message on your prior messages it pushes your message back. As stated above, we answer all messages in the order received. If you do not hear from us within 2 days please message again. Sometimes we do not receive messages. We receive so many messages a week that we may not be notified of yours. Also, I respond to all messages no matter how small the question may be, so if you do not get a response then more than likely I did not receive your message.

Will you respond to my message on a holiday?

Most likely I will not respond to your message on a holiday. We are a very small family run business & we have two little ones. I love to make a big deal about holidays with them. Also, I spend every waking moment in our shop, and my husband is a fire fighter and is gone almost all summer so when he is home,especially on holidays, we try to do something with the kids. I get in trouble if I get on my phone if we are having family time....

Also, if you message late on a Thursday night, and you do not hear from me on Friday and Monday is a holiday, you may not get a response to your message until Tuesday. I am very sorry about this but, until we get more help it is only me and I am doing the best I can. I promise I will respond ASAP.

Why does it take so long to ship an order?

It doesn’t we ship by the date that you tell us. The two to three weeks is not a long time for custom handmade items to be made. I am only one person and I receive hundreds of orders a week. So I have hundreds of orders that I’m making that were placed prior to yours and each order takes time to make. Even cutouts take time as I have to create the sizes you need, print them out, then set up the machine to each specific design to cut the images out, or individually hand cut them, then package them then wrap them then ship them. Each step takes time and a lot of work no matter the size of the order. Please understand. Thank you
